It was basically a marketing/pop culture one that examined the effect of advertising and marketing on teenagers and my cross cultural was the difference between boys' and girls' motives for choosing...
i saw my teacher this morning, PIP in hand, gave it to him, then ran away!!! i went back, though and told him how good it felt to give it away... i thought ALL PIP's had to be in by 9 am today. I think it is an official limit, too...

yeah retail is good to get into - i work at kmart and although i'm not 18 yet, i know an 18 year old gets paid nearly $12. surely a shop like mooks would be a bit more, being in the city and all. and 20 hours i think is classified as part time (someone want to verify that???!!!)

i have no idea what our school does, i've never been in that situation, but a few people in my english class are starting to rack up the warnings so they must be on the...
so if i have a title AND a focus question, should i just write my title on the blue thingy, cos my question appears on my title page, just after the cover sheet.

our trials timetable hasn't come out yet cos ours aren't til week 5-6. but i'll let you know when i find out!!! yeah i got that too - my spanish speaking is on 28th august, right at the end of the trials.... :(
RET is Regional Entry Test. It's a test you can do if you're in the drawing area for UWS, i.e. you meet certain criteria like postcodes. It can help you if you're unsure whether you'll get the marks for the particular course you want :)
there should be a few people in my grade that fail their HSC then!
obviously the school has an obligation to report their absenteeism - does anyone know what happens??
