RET is Regional Entry Test. It's a test you can do if you're in the drawing area for UWS, i.e. you meet certain criteria like postcodes. It can help you if you're unsure whether you'll get the marks for the particular course you want :)

there should be a few people in my grade that fail their HSC then! obviously the school has an obligation to report their absenteeism - does anyone know what happens??

it's ok, i'm calm.... i've been given links to a UWS document that states it MIGHT not be offered next year. phew, but still, aaarrrggghhh!!!!
