    Yes, that is possible. Just remember you can do a math major, and do the actuarial exams later. Just wont get as many exemptions.

    Pfft, I have to erase my laclustre academic record :p Nah Usyd is closer for me :) And at this level it doesn't make too much difference. Traders dont need much math, just some pde theory I guess.

    Omg, its not hard to use google. Its a combined program. You do your Bsc first. Then do your mbbs. Quite simple. They are seperate. You join the graduate cohort of the USYD GMP. Some of your fellow students will be bsc grads, some law grads, engineering grads etc.

    haha this is what im thinking of transferring to. The workload in first year is pretty manageable. Usyd first year looks quite bare compared to unsw first year.

    I guess it is easier to move from one role to another (out of the ones you listed) than to move divisions in an IB?

    I dont think so Haque. Most people who do grad med have a bsc under their belt and dont get a reduced specialty training timeframe. I imagine it would be the same as everyone else.

    The recent announcement was by the CBA chief strategist that the dollar will go over 79c US in the new year. I think strategists are the same as economists. I always thought the positions that traders used were set up by structures.
