    I dont, but I am correct, for most degrees anyway. There are a few which have a NRSL quota like UWA MBBS program, but that has been abolished now.

    well they said if you can't proxy then you will have to ring them. Might ring them from singapore tomorrow. Or I might manipulate my preferences so I get the course in the final round (hoping that there are spots)...... As the date for enrolling in final round is 9th Feb.

    In a Bcom degree, can you major in finance? 2ndly, can you have 2 majors or just 1?

    Wouldnt be sure about that. The scaling of courses is reasonably similar.

    You can still do it as 1 major in a bsc degree. (if you have another major also)

    Pscyhiatrists are medical practioners not just bPsych grads. You can do many degrees that will lead you to be a psychologist, like arts, science, psych.
