B Engineering is the engineering degree and then civil, etc. is the major/stream.
Usually B Engineering is used when it is combined with another degree and you pick the stream after you get accepted into the degree.

But like, just do reg. my friend didn't do Chem in the HSC gets like 80s in reg chem and you're probs smarter than him.
I would do this. But the few people I know who have it have been given <8 years to live and I wouldn't get to that stage of medical research by then if I started now. :spin:
You'll deffs get in if it's your first pref.
I got 94.75 and got an offer in the late round for it (it was like my 9th preference for every other round and I moved it to first for that round).
