It depends what teacher at our school. Obviously the older and senior members of staff we address properly but our younger teachers I either call by first name or by the many nicknames we make for each other.

With the team we've got we should win the grandfinal but we lost the first two! Slaughtered them in the third though. Can't afford to lose again.

Yeah I went in there before I got the letter, it wasn't anything exciting, nothing I didn't already know.

It corresponded with my history major work--basically because the teachers kept at me to do it that way and kept rubbishing everything I did until I finally agreed to do what they wanted me to do.

I think I went over by 700 words. I don't really care, I hated my major work and just wanted to finish it. Although I like word counts cos it means I can stop writing!! I hate word counts in things like legal though. I could go on forever in legal....

From what the Dean of English at our school told us (a senior referee for Ext 2 marking), it is a lot easier for a vast number of students to reach the top bands with a creative piece, as the canditure are inherently good writers, even if an Ext 2 student thinks a creative piece of their own...

Mines a box sorta thing, it clips at the top and slides out. I have a blue, red and black pen, liquid paper, a highlighter, a pencil and a 30cm ruler. Its all I need, but I need to have my 3 different coloured pens cos Im kinda pedantic about the colours I number and underline with.
