yea you just divide by eight to get the bytes coversion from bits. so its 512/8 = 64kb, and 128/8 = 16kb. :)

optus goes at 8mega bits right? 8/8 = 1... so its 1 megabyte/sec maximum. yea i got capped too... i had to switch to my dialup. gay optus... they cap you at 0.5kb/s :(
