Just his degree (note his signature). I transferred into law in 2002. My UAI was in the low 90's and my GPA was < 3. I did however write a kick-arse application.

If I was a non MQ person I'd borrow a SAM Ambassador Card and rock up anyway. I think it's major hypocrisy if they don't let people with the SAM cards in to a SAM event, especially considering SAM members are only identified by those green cards on campus these days.

The inside word is that you should lend your SAM cards to non-mq people, if they want to come. They may even let non mq people come in at a price anyway, though it wouldn't be advertised.

I know people who have done those courses and have found them to be an amazing experience. More a trip to China than anything...brilliant!
