Do you have an oppinion about Corey Worthington?

Did the survey. I like how you are incorporating a current event into a PIP. How are you going to make it fit Society&Culture syllabi though? Are you going to weave in aspects of youth, media, stereotypes and power&authority figures or something?

    Schoolies as a PIP

Hey RozBoz Do you go to Trinity? By the way I like your PIP idea - the revised one focusing on values. Make sure you understand core business concepts (haha). x

    Does anyone else suffer this?

I love Society & Culture, but all the time I and others who do it receive comments like "that's not even a course" and "bludge, so easy" (of course, said by people who don't do S&C). It really irritates me because they are assuming that because I don't study Physics, Maths ext 2 or anything...

Can i still do it ?

Hey,:) I missed 3 straight months of Year 11 too (in hospital) & I'm just beginning Year 12 now. It was so frustrating not being able to go to classes, but regardless of how much work missed in preliminary course, lassour Year 12 marks shouldn't be affected. I know that Year 11 provides core...

    Ext. History 2007

I really enjoy Ext History, especially the 'what is history?' question due to its wide-ranging and intriguing nature. For our Case Study we are doing JFK - trés glad as I only study Modern. As for the Extension English debate: I studied Ext 1 in Year 11 and dropped it for Ext Hist, because I...

    HSC IPT 2007 Discussion

I enjoy IPT. Purely due to the relaxation factor. However, there are a number of guys in my class who are computer crazy and know all the intricate details of RAM etc, an area in which I am defunct. It helps them with learning about the Fetch Execute Cycle & has assisted in their assessments...

    Extension History '08

Sorry if someone has already corrected this, but: an Ext Hist student cannot choose a project topic which overlaps ANY of the content in Mod or Anc syllabuses even if their school isn't doing that module; e.g. I desired to do something in the Mod Hist syllabus Option A National Study, but...

    Did your school tell you...

For my electives I chose Japanese & Art, & Jap didn't run because only 3 people chose it, so I had to do IPT.. Art ran - with 5 people in the class :P

    Did your school tell you...

lol true, but less people also means less intelligence [in this case], which means more idiocy, support for stupidity, & dislike for those who try..

    Did your school tell you...

I'd die to have 120 in my year!! you're lucky to have diversity like that :) it gets so annoying with such a small number, everyone's really on each other's nerves [& the stress of the SC made it worse!] nah, they won't disrupt my HSC - I'm moving 10 hours away :P going to a school in Lismore...

    Did your school tell you...

Omg yeah, the majority of my year is like that :( & since my year is so small (18 people) it really gets annoying as there are no graded classes & i'm stuck with the idiots all the time...Except in electives, where i'm with people who want to do well, thankfully. But yeah, why don't they just...
