    Science or Business

Doing all 3 social sciences is an advantage imo. The 3 interlink and I find that I can use business concepts in economics, for example. I actually find legal studies the hardest. I really dislike memorising legislation and chunks of information by heart - soo boring. There are lots of...

    We can do it!

If I got a dollar for everytime someone said that to me in the past few weeks... Start doing work as soon as you get home. It feels so much better to get it out of the way. What motivates me is knowing that I have so much spare time the rest of the night.

    Studyplan- What's it like?

I start with maths and end with english. I usually finish all my maths homework in my frees (I have a lot of them), so there's not a lot I have to do by the time I get home. I do all my homework as soon as I'm home so I don't get distracted or procrastinate. The rest of the night I study...

    Goals4>yR12<

Year 11 was the worst year for me. I completely lost it, got overly stressed, and as a result my grades slipped dramatically. My goals for the hsc: * be consistent in terms of hw, studying, making notes, revising, assessments * stress less (and consume less caffeine) * top 10 rankings...

What are you wearing to the formal?

Year 10: Something like this but in emerald green and with a more fitted bodice - had it made. Wore gold heels, gold earrings + bracelet, huge sapphire ring (market find) and had an electric blue clutch. Year 11: Wore a LBD - strapless with a longer bodice and a shorter skirt in a silky...

girls... on guys shorts or pants?

I think I'm in the minority here. I don't actually like thongs on guys at all. Fine for the beach but that's it.

    big ppl, small clothes

They should know better. If a girl has extremely large thighs for example, one would think they'd give themselves the once over in the mirror and decide that "hey, my legs aren't my assets, maybe I'll wear something a little less revealing and more flattering". If they decide to wear...

    Summer dresses

Report back with the stock that's instore. :p Really!? I love the buttons! :p You have to see them up close on the actual dress. They're very cute - each button is fabric covered. I'm not a fan of paisley prints in general. There's something very "dirty" looking about it in my eyes....

    Summer dresses

The ra-ra dresses are very cute. :) Do you know if the Sweet Wonder Summer II range is in store yet? The Prairie Dress is now available in a paisley print - very ugly imo. It looks like wallpaper!

    Gym Membership

I hate gyms, I always feel so self-conscious. If you're really serious about it, buy a treadmill or an exercise bike. It's ready access and you won't feel the drag of going all the way to the gym. I listen to music, watch tv, read a mag, etc when I'm on the treadmill, and before I know it I've...

    red dresses

Red and white together on an item of clothing is fine, but I'm not a fan of a red and white outfit, especially if white shoes are involved. Warm reds like the colour of her dress look much better with warmer metallics as opposed to silver, imo. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

I use fingers, mostly. If I use a sponge I throw it away right after - I'm terrified of spreading bacteria.

    red dresses

Red and white is worse than red and silver imho - sorry! It just screams "santa claus" to me. You could always go for the classic black points.

    Summer dresses

Thanks, darling. :) Btw, the prairie dress also comes in black. I spend a good half hour deciding what colour to buy. Now I also want the black... The bustier dress is easier to find than the other one. You know you want it.. ;)

    Summer dresses

Kate Hurst models don't have stick-thin legs so I don't think you have a thing to worry about. The dress is very flattering imo; slides over the hips, doesn't cling, but not floaty either. Perfect! <3
