I have to agree with DaddyK - they would have major legal issues if such a rumour were true. Nevertheless, I'd avoid using one of their cars - take the car you learnt in because, the theory would go, you'd know the dimensions of the car, its quirks, how it brakes and accelerates etc etc...

As Jimmy said, lectures and seminars start on the 27th (Monday), but tutes dont start (generally) until the 6th. Ignore the timetable dates, its always a bit dodgy... I think its because people just generally accept the fact that uni resumes at the beginning of March.
