If you find Arts more interesting (and cmon, surely most people would) do Arts. Do Commerce if you think you might get into an area after uni where a Commerce degree would be critical (banking, management consulting, etc) and NOT law.

Personally I would enjoy BBA more than Finanace. Especially for those combining with accounting, you get to study some of the 'soft' skills like business communications, human resources, organisational psychology...plus you will be taught strategic management by an MGSM lecturer.
