GPs are overated. They are basically the bludgers of the medical society. Nurses should have more power to administer some sort of drugs(minor) and refer patients to specialists, yes private ones.
Not really, a degree overseas from Aus or USA or UK etc. will worth more, i.e, more pay once they go to there homeland and work. Moreover, it will give them a chance to apply as permanent residence in countries.
If the system changes then everyone is paying full amount for their education...
Seriously if you're interested in Marketing you should go and get experience instead of doing a degree...There's no "marketing" degree out there, they are all based on experience.

Earning 150k for a plumber means that you have to work harder than all uni graduates. However that figure is capped for plumbers unless they have entr. skills. Uni graduates have no limit on incoming.
If you have cleared by 10, and you haven't accepted your offer, isn't it possible that your position is still vacant for late round? It is very likely that you will receive the same offer again.
