Well I expect a mid to high band 5 for chemistry but I got a band 4, rip me lol. Other than that though the rest was more or less expected and I am satisfied with what I got even though it is not much compared to all the emperors on this forum.

I would suggest the following:
- Study in a room which you know (from past periods of studying) that you feel comfortable studying in (this can be the library, park or the family room)
- Make sure that room is tidy
- Remove all pieces of technology from the room unless required such as a laptop...
Visit a psychologist, they will be able to help you a lot more better than anyone on this forum can.
