I highly recommend BODYPUMP for tone, if you aren't feeling the benefits of your current program, as bodypump shapes and tones your body (provided that you use adequate weight)

BIOC2101 - O.k to be honest, i regret taking the 'advanced' option of this course and should have done the fundamentals option instead. Why? you learn so much equations that its so hard to absorb (i found that the textbook doesn't help either...). I thought to myself why i picked that option...

well, imo id say joggers is the best as you will be dealing with impact, and that the cushioning helps deal with the impact. The soccer boots i think are just for the soccer field? hence i go with the joggers point of view.

Id say build your strength first as pylometrics involves a lot of impact work, and also work on your technique , to minimise injury. need to have suitable footwear as well to protect the joints, because the intense repetitions places stress on joints and muscles. Start with low impact then...

you are right!! and it also cause hunched over shoulders if you only focus on the front part of the chest. Need to train the upper back as well.............
its also important to train your core, because it will help you with your form as well (ive noticed ppl tire out too soon = weak core)
nah im no cyclist hahaha....i do classes on a daily basis (mon-friday).. i've been doing indoor cycling (freestyle / RPM) for almost two-three years on top of the other classes (pump / attack / balance / occasional step)... that sums up to be a group fitness junkie, and i love it!:D
