Yeah it's probably ideal replicating examination conditions. When doing a past paper, if you finish before 3 hours elapse, do you continue checking until time is over? Or begin marking?
Is it recommended that I study/memorise quotes from each of these speeches? Or will going into the examination with maybe 4 prepared be better?
I have not written notes on any of the speeches set for study yet, and was just wondering if I would survive if I didn't prepare all of them. Thank you.
Obviously ecstatic...But I can't help feeling a tinge of sadness (HAHA never thought I'd say this). I must say, officially finishing school is anti-climactic.
Still need to finish my Maths, Chemistry and Modern notes >_> FML why did I leave it to the last minute?
After that, I'm just going to do past papers and re-draft my English essays
Ambivalent. While I'm very excited to finish High School, I'm also a bit sad about it. Except I'm soooooo looking forward to sleeping in after the HSC.
That's my problem I suppose. I find that when I consciously try to write with sophistication, my thoughts are not clearly conveyed. (It just doesn't come naturally to me)
Whenever I write an essay for any humanities (English, Modern History etc) I always get comments from the teachers advising that I attempt to sound more sophisticated in my response. I've always gotten the comment that my essays are too simplistic in word choice etc, and I was just wondering...
