It's sort of disturbing, the different standards that different presiding officers use. Arguably some schools are slightly advantaged/disadvantaged by it.

It only really matters if the pages fall out of the booklet for some reason, otherwise they'll use the numbers on the front of the book. Still, exam rules require you do it, and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Section 2 was particularly difficult to write about, completely unexpected really. Other than that, I thought the exam was pretty good - my crap mark is entirely my own fault, not the Board's, this time.

An unlimited exam would be biased towards people with a better stamina. There'd be a few people who could sit there writing for six hours, in which time everyone else would get hungry, leave and be disadvantaged. It would also cause timetabling chaos.

Band 6 in Legal and Physics. E3/4 in Extension 1 and 2 Maths, Band 4 in English, if I'm lucky.

As much as I want to join in the fun and burn everything, I don't think I could bring myself to do that. I'm too much of a compulsive hoarder.

I would hope they mark harder than what my teacher does... and then I hope they align us all up massively so I don't get a crap mark.

They should give all Standard students an extra hour, and take 30 minutes off all the Extension kids :P

They will see them and probably mark them so you should be okay, but you are expressly directed to write on lined pages only, so technically you did violate the rules.
