Yeah - they reccomend us to do 12 units - however I'm pretty sure 11 would suffice. SOR1 is the best subject - in terms of effort - so I'd never want to drop SOR.

Again, is that because your school divides your school based on subject and not cohort?

Re: Any tips to improve my organisation? Well if you don't like them... just get a massive folder - heaps of plastic sleeves and a few dividers.

A lot of people dislike a subject because they find it hard to grasp or they perform poorly in it. I do pretty well in English - however I dislike the subject because I don't like the nature of the subject - analysing, predicting what the composer is on about - just not my cup of tea.

LOL - mainly because I find the subject boring, and also I think I can benefit more from study periods - especially because I'm picking up MX2. Nothing to do with my ranking - I'm 1st or 2nd (not too sure - but I know I'm top 2).

WHAT? Wait is your school divided into blocks based on subject or year groups? Because ours is divided into year groups + art + TAS + music.

Jacaranda is probably the best - for all subjects in my opinion - very detailed but is also easy to understand. I sound like such a nerd :p

Re: Have you started hsc work yet? Yeah - it's important to clarify what you want to do next term. Spend the next two weeks seeing what will suit you best and what will be best for you.

LOL, I'm the opposite - I fall asleep easily, sometimes in class :p It just happens - you lose concentration and you just ... well doze off.

LOL that's where you went wrong. To be honest, I don't study as much as I should - and that's my downfall. Generally I study for subjects which I find difficult, so even though I haven't studied for subjects which I find easier - I do better in them.

Re: Any tips to improve my organisation? Yes, we all know the price of glue is rapidly increasing :p Nah - I would use a display folder for every subject and subdivide it into each topic. That will make it a hell of a lot easier to find sheets and resources.

LOL - well Yvonne told me that she LOVES english (incase she's reading) :p Ahh yes - I got a lot of work for Extension when I did it - we had like 6 pages to do on the Heart of Darkness - I cbb doing it so I dropped.
