dunno, maybe u need to present ur resume better, or learn how to present urself well in an interview. Try doing one of those classes which teach interview techniques, how to do well in an interview and resume writing techniques. Keep on trying.

Yeah thats wat the SDA say, they cant have a camera focused on one person or something like that, it has to be forcused on an area. And HR can look over videos of a particular person if there til is out (by any amount), if a large number of FB has been processed, etc etc.

ah man i swear u should have called the union. They would have helped u so much. When i was in trouble at coles the SDA guy who was with me said its either going to be the store manager asking u a couple of questions so he can fill a statement report (or something like that) or it will be human...

Yeah the sooner the better, because the SDA representative will probably want to meet up with u to go through what ur ganna say and wat the people are going to do, and then he will come with u to the meeting to smooth everything over. Its time like these the SDA come in handy.

The way i see it, is that u told the shift mangaer that u couldnt make it and u need time off, and she acknowledged and accepted. If u dont turn up just tell her that u asked her and she said it was cool. They cant to shit otherwise.

Re: Coles Checkouts!! haha what i do when i have a gay customer who says they dont have fb and then give it to me after the transaction is grab there fb's and swipe it through the eftpos machine and say ok "There u go" and they walk off stupidly. But seriously how stupid do u have to be if...

Re: Coles: am i fired? Shit, it sounds serious if they full on suspended u and want to talk to u. If ur with SDA give them a ring and tell them to send u down a representative. Im pretty sure coles keep there videos for 6 months and then put them into archive for a whole bunch of years...

Re: McDonalds :( My mate who works at maccas had a shifts from 4pm-8pm, went home and did some homework and later went back to work and did his 12am-7am shift and then went to school. And during double accounting he slept through the whole class so we got out the permenant markers and drew...

Suck it up...im 6 foot 1 and im a cashier. And whats even more impressive is that one of our cashiers is 6 foot 5.

Re: McDonalds :( lol. If u do this u will be a legend. Anywho its impossible to get fired from maccas...i have a friend who works at maccas who was making the burgers at the back and got bored so he started throwing the patties like frizzbies at the customers through where the chips are...

Im pretty sure u will be able to get them back if u asked. Im not sure how u gave them the originals by mistake...i just gave them photocopies. But worst case scenario: u will have to go to the goverment and get a reprint. But that could take a very very long time as the goverment are slack.

Dunno...i guess how flexible u are, and if u say yes to most or all shifts.
