u did a big job like that and u didnt even remember how to use a vlookup table! Talk about pressure. I rekon the hardest thing ive come across in my job is dealing with customers. They give me the shits. Some people can handle customer service well, but it doesnt agree with me.

yeah some customers like that i dont mind having when its not busy and stuff. I have this old man who's a regular, and he always comes down and chats to me. Really nice guy, but when i serve a customer, he keeps talking so i cant really talk to the customer im serving.

Back when i was in year 9 and 10, i worked at one of those small 2 dollar shops owned and runned by an asian family, and got paid under the table. It was seriously dogy stuff, i had to count the money they paid me in the envelope because they would always try to rip me of by like 10 dollars.

When we tell a customer something: its usually for there own good, and they should listen. Let me tell u wat happened to a customer today when i was serving on express. This lady came up, and she was one of those real bitchy ladies: When i asked her how she was today she didnt say anything...

I hate it when this happens...and i really hate it when it falls down, crashes onto ur hand, and before u can pick it up to put it back it scans a billion times and the customer goes "Hey, i dont have that many take it off....and i get that item for free because u made a mistake..." or something...

Uno wat really pisses me off...when its crazy busy at coles, its priority one, everyone is working their hardest and i look up, and the check out chick opposite me who has been at coles 5 years longer then i have is scanning at a snails pace. Seriously, the way she scans is she pics up an item...

Id say myer would be alot more...interesting and easier to work at then coles. Id imagine there would be alot less rude/bitchy/bogan customers then coles. But if u go for coles, then ur chances of being employed other then sales periods are high. Coles are almost always looking for recruits...

U guys are my heroes...i wouldnt have the guts to go that skits to a customer. Sure i will backchat, tell them off, swear at them but i could never yell at them...well done guys.
