Why didn't you do INFO1103 first semester?
Anyways the unit coordinator this year is very harsh and the majority of the people enrolled were unable to finish the last two assignments.
You should check within the faculty that the course is in. Supplementary exams aren't common in Australian universities. They are usually for people who almost passed e.g. 48,49.
It's not in the syllabus, however in the HSC they can still ask you about it since its got to do with the Haber process (they'll show you the equations and steps etc).
Most important thing is to remember your calculations - you'll need them. Other than that some of the concepts they teach you will be important later on. E.g. solubility, lewis dot diagrams, simple electrochemical reactions etc.
Re: Transferring from UWS to USYD - Secondary Teaching and Arts. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
Very unlikely to none since they only take into account uni results after one year of full time tertiary study for your uni results to be counted.
So why not complete a full year of full-time study at UWS and...
Wouldn't blame you, most teachers who go over this topic in mathematics only go through the calculus based kinematics and expose their students to little or none of the basic stuff (e.g. the physics they teach you in year 10 science). Most teachers just say: velocity equals \frac{dx}{dt} without...
No, but you will find a lot of university level science extremely difficult (such as chemistry) without the appropriate mathematical background - namely calculus.
Re: Transferring from UWS to USYD - Secondary Teaching and Arts. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
USYD won't take into account you uni marks if you've only done one semester. However, once you have done the equivalent of one year full time at UWS you can apply to USYD and they will take your uni-results...
