    Any tips for MX1 HSC?

It is what it says it is: Division of Polynomials by Inspection. Hard to explain but, if the factor is (x+1), and the term you need to divide it through is x3+x2+1 (dunno if it'll divide perfectly, just an example), then you just do something like: (x+1)(x2+__x+___) and try and fill in the...

    Any tips for MX1 HSC?

Yeah our teacher taught us Polynomial division by inspection. It's much faster, but it only works when there aren't too many terms, and when there's one factor. Well, it's always possible, but it gets tricky.

    Coroneos Past Paper Book

Hi all, What are your thoughts about Coroneos' Past HSC paper book with worked solutions? I think SuccessOne only goes to 2001, so it might be worth getting this one, considering Coroneos' textbooks are pretty good. What 'ya reckon?

So Who here is and/or trying to lose weight?

I don't think losing MASS (yes, I love Physics) is advisable whilst you are still growing, as it can stunt your growth if it isn't done properly. I read on SMH recently that something like 30% (IIRC) of teenagers are unnormally underweight, and this figure keeps increasing. Of course, there are...

    G force question

Yup, it's from Dotpoint. I've done all of Space in this holiday. My teacher said that we're going to do a few weeks of prelim next term (!!!!!????), so looks like I'll be secretly doing Motors and Generators, hahaha.

    DET Portal

That is webmail for cPanel, and it's blocked for a good reason (IMO). If organisations (not just schools) allow any port then, issues like outbound DDoS attacks get hard to trace and block/delete offending user. Plus it stops alot of illegal stuff (like file sharing, etc).
