    one q for stoichiometry

Look at this thread. I think I tried to explain everything. Just in case you can't be bothered: Your molecular mass was 60 g. You know that nitrogen is 14 and oxygen is 16. So just do a little bit of trial and error, and you'd get N2O2. n = moles m = mass M = molar mass (using mm is...

    lithium iodide

I really have no idea about the lithium thing. Why did you choose such a hard one to do? :p Dry cell does it for me. Recent discoveries of elements... Hmm. The nineteen transuranic elements with the atomic numbers above 95 require high-energy particle accelerators to be produced. Use an...

They'll never listen. Love and Relationships might as well be renamed as Sex and Generalisations.

You're thinking too much. If you know it's a generalisation, why ask?

    Memorising

I find writing it down many times useful. However, when you're writing, make sure you're not listening to music or concentrating on anything else. Make sure that you're paying attention to every word you write, and copy only when you don't know what comes next. For German, I wrote the tables...

    Another problem

sin2x - 3sinxcosx + 2cos2x = 0 (sinx - 2cosx)(sinx - cosx) = 0 sinx = 2cosx, sinx = cosx Can you go on from there? EDIT: Damn it, Acmilan. Must you be as quick as you are smart? :(

some questions regarding the importance of yr 11 to the HSC course:)

You don't need to remember the specifics, but you do need the concepts, and you do need to know how the pracs are carried out. Molar heat of alcohols (I think that was year 11) is important. Make sure you know that one.

    Pachelbel's Canon

Lol, some people can't stand it. I have to admit, it gets annoying after awhile, but My Sassy Girl kinda got me playing it. :p

    Pachelbel's Canon

The proper version sounds better on a real piano, and you'd have to learn it instead of following lights on your keys. I've been playing the piano for 14 years and it's the same with any other piece - keep practising. If your fingers are too short to reach certain notes, eliminate them if...

    Brain... Melt...

Good to know, really. I have nothing against what you plan to do. Doing well at school isn't only about graduating to study courses which will give you the opportunity to grab high-end jobs. For any job, you need sufficient education. How do you think you'll become a snowboarding instructor...

    Brain... Melt...

Quite wrong, Studynoob. Skating, getting drunk and smoking weed is actually going to shorten your life by quite a bit, so it actually turns out that we have more time than you! We have three months to party after the HSC, and we'll be doing it, knowing we gave high school our best...

    Binomials?

In Morse code, there are 2 signals - a dot and a dash. Show that there are enough arrangements by taking these signals, 1, 2, 3 or 4 at a time to represent all letters of the alphabet. Can someone show me the way around this which doesn't involve writing down and counting?
