Can someone please explain the Wrinkler method is simple terms?

Trust me, there is no simple way. Know the lot, or know nothing. As long as you're aware that the Wrinkler method is used for measuring the amount of dissolved oxygen in water, you'll be fine. Anyhow, you asked for it: Winkler Method: (This may look a little confusing, and I still can't...

    Prove by induction that: 31 + 32 + 33 + ... + 3n < 3n + 1 Thanks.

She enjoys being with you only as a friend then. Some girls' minds work in strange ways. Forget about this one, it's her loss (and yours too, but for optimism's sake let's just focus on her's).

    What does that line mean?

Making three threads about it is going to make people feel even less inclined to help you.

summarise the chemistry of the fermentation process

Dude, one question is hardly "so many". :p You dragged me here all excited just for one question that's already been answered?

    Confused

She's just a flirt. There are people (mainly girls) who shamelessly flirt with every guy, whether or not they're single. She doesn't seem interested in you, as she turned down your request to go out, etc. Don't think about it too much. :p

differences between aes and mass spectrometer

OMG, I read AAS. :p AES is qualitative while mass spectometry is quantitative (and qualitative, actually :p) AES is used only for detecting elements, while mass spectometry provides information on the structure and composition of compounds.

differences between aes and mass spectrometer

Mass spectrometry is a form of analysis which separates and identifies substances on the basis of the masses of positive ions formed by the substances when they are bombarded by high energy particles in a high vacuum. AAS is not based on mass, but on the absorption of light by the electrons...

    one q for stoichiometry

The part in bold is incorrect. Also, take care that you use "n", not "N", and "mol" instead of "MOL". n = 0.19766 (mol is not necessary as n = moles), don't round off during calculations. Write up to at least 4 decimal places. Anyway, you rounded 0.19766 to 0.19 which was incorrect. m =...

    Really frigging scared

Think about it. If you had 11 units, you'd still want to do well in all of them, right? It'll probably occur to you some time during the middle of the year that one of your subjects definitely won't count towards your UAI. Then you kind of start regretting doing it, and wasting so much time...

    Really frigging scared

I do 10 units. It's bliss. With the exception of English, in which I'm still ranked in the top 1/3, I'm confident in everything else. I have lots of time and free periods to study for my 10 units, and I found that a lot easier to handle than when I did 11. :p Don't worry too much about...
