    wouldnt this experiment be similar to that of the G-force experiment? well, i holded up a spring balance with some weight on it.. i go on an elevator and note the change in mass.. uh, after second thought.. its quite different .. hehe~

    2 Projectile motion Q's

    velocity, ur wrong! its 1.5 second instead of 3 seconds.. and f(sex) was right.. it took 3 seconds to reach max then drop down (to the ground).. so 1.5 sec to reach max.. either way.. ur final answer for question 1 was wrong anyways.. u = 29.4 / sin15 "u" does not equal to 45.21 m/s ..

    Quick question on projectile motion

    if u always take -9.8, wouldnt that contradict wot decypher said? he said that if the ball moves up, u take +9.8 (assuming that up is positive) BUT, -9.8 when the ball goes down.. so u cant "always" take -9.8 right? :confused:

    here, mg is the formula for weight.. so u jus wana find the weight minus from thrust (which determines the force).. if u take -g .. the weight would be negative..

    for those equations tht has "a" (for acceleration due to gravity) should i put -9.8 or +9.8 ?? For a projectile that is parabolic, do we change the signs of 9.8 when we go up and when we go down? or do we keep the sign of 9.8 constant .. . ...

    hard but not impossible complex q.

    OMG.. thats easy but i got it wrong.. This question was in my complex test paper and i stuffed it up.. now i no how to do it.. all u do is draw the locus of that, then find its center using trig .. and u'll end up with an equation of circle if u find out its center/radius .. easy!
