My GPA jumped by 0.5 and with some playing around with the calculator, 3C's 1P + last semester = GPA. Have a kinda mixed reaction as I thought I had a distinction in a subject, but also thought I'd failed one. Oh well, I'll see if I'm right on Tuesday :)

If a hear a customer pronounce Havaiana's "havanas" one more time, I will scream. Hav-ai-an-a's!!! And don't pick up an armful of clothes off the racks and dump them in the floor of the change room once you've tried them on, while walking out with nothing ugh. Besides that, I love my job =)

A lot of growth is down to genetics. Eat healthy, but if your family is short, it's unlikely you'll be 6 foot. Pilates is a good suggestion as it helps yout posture and will help you to appear taller. I'm average myself (168 cm) and wish I was in the 170's, but I work with what I have and love it.

I would recommend doing the TPC myself, as it polishes off your HSC syllabus and gives you teritary specific skills. If you know you want to be able to do a diploma in a particular field that you also want to do at uni (e.g. accounting), I'd do that so you could apply for course credits...

I could see how they could come in handy and open you up to more employment opportunities. My father didn't do a double, but two masters - MBA in 02, and MSci in the 70's. He's now the business development director of a scientific company which allows him to practice in both fields.

I did the TPC in 2007 while I was 18/19, and only USYD had the age requirement of over 21 last year. The others were as follows for 2007 (if I can remember): UWS, Mac, Uncle: 18 or no age UNSW: 20 I don't remember UTS but I don't think they had an age requirement as I know a 19 yr old TPC 2008...

I'm doing a BA majoring in psych and plan to do honours (Minimum GPA of 5 required at UWS) and post grad to be able to practice clinically. So you can do a BA (psych) at UWS and Mac to my knowledge and apply for honours (keeping in mind it is very competitive). I think UNCLE discontinued their...
