Please don't choose a degree on the sole basis of a high UAI entry requirement.... If this isn't your case, then by all means, you can wait and find out next year. If actuarial doesnt work out for you, then at least you know....

Thanks for that. I called them too but I was basically under the impression that I had to do the other options in my majors. Still, it makes sense.

Our core courses don't count towards our UOC for majors. In other words, you can't count something like Acct1A twice just because it was a core course and since its also technically required for an accounting major. Instead, you just do option courses to make up for the required 42 courses...

I have to admit that after spending a few hours at home today that my opinion has slightly changed. Pool is fun to play and it is also quite fun to piss off and insult all the random males who immediately gather towards the nearest female avatar.
