The bravia offer you mentioned is exactly how I got my ps3. My dad bought a tv and I got the ps3 however this offer happened back in July this year and that was mainly because they were getting rid of excess stock for both the olympics and because they were going to make the 40gb model obsolete...
I own both and I do understand why you'd go so far as to buy a console just to play a certain game.
I currently own an xbox 360 and ps3 (luckily enough, I got both for free) and as far as I'm concerned, I simply love it... I've been a playstation fan most of my life (i own all their consoles...
Re: 回复: Re: 回复: Re: 回复: Re: What you hate about UNSW
the girl walks out without skimpy clothes, lecturer/demonstrator/tutor looks with a satisfied smile.
Uni is surrounded by fast food restaurants.
Maccas and oportos are located on anzac parade (show your student card at maccas and they should give u a 50c discount on a meal upsize).
And the nearest kfc is about 10 -15 mins walk on belmore rd at randwick, in addition to macdonalds and a few...
Funny thing is, most of these majors arent necessarily easy??
As for your question, a combination of marketing/management/hrm or international business would probably be your way to go...
I have to admit though... What's the point of doing a commerce degree when your majors can all mostly be...
Lecturers wont even remember you unless you talk too much, you ask them stupid questions or they turn out to be your tutor.
I had a class last semester where I had a lecture (which I never went to) and then a tutorial where my tutor was my lecturer and not once he did mention my absence.
My gf had the same problem this morning trying to enrol in her law classes. Same shit happens basically every time students make their new timetables for the next semester.
It never changes....

(It's nice to see that my thread is going strong after nearly 2 years.......)
I was in the middle of writing a long response to this thread but I realised I'll just keep it short.
I went to Kings. Not only did I go there, I lived there as a boarder. (7 days a week, 10 - 12 weeks a term, 4 terms a year)...
I absolutely fucking hated it. Probably the most miserable 4...
Finished it tonight. I did every quest except the wasteland survival guide and visited every location except the White House, all in under 50 or so hours.
Now, I shall move on the The Last Remnant
Micro 2 is difficult because its a very intuitive sort of subject. You'll get some theory, be given a few questions and be expected to pull some abstract micro eco analytical bullshit out of your ass to answer the question. I remember doing the homework, it looked deceptively simple but once you...
Quite honestly, you are going to find blatant fuck-all in terms of xmas employment as you are 2/3 months too late. Retailers do most of their hiring in august/september and if you do find jobs available now, expect STIFF competition from a 100 or so other people who are after the same thing.
Not once have I seen a teenager clean up my table at westfield? I don't think they offer that sort of job to students/young adults... And I'm pretty sure they dont clean up the toilets as well...
If I'm wrong, then just correct me but thats what I've perceived from my lunch sessions at westfield.
The nature of casual vs. part-time....
Casual employment is the way to go for most students but as mentioned before, more often than not, you'll be getting inconsistent shifts which defeat the purpose of a high rate when there is not much work in the first place.
Part-time employment will...
Re: McDonalds Interview
I fucking hate this line.... It's like saying, "You failed but I'll write this to you anyway so you don't bother applying again..."
Sorry about the rejection but its a good learning experience and will build your resilience as you keep searching. Good luck!
