Again, it depends. You can get someone really anal about punctuation, grammar, syntax and imagery like me or someone who likes the story overall and only comments on that.

Why bothering memorising whole essays? If you know the material well enough and how to construct an essay then you're set.

It predicted my UAI to within a point. I think that's fairly decent. It's not an absolute but it's not way off either.
