Ok, we are in a club, or a pub or similar situation right? What do you think?

Do you go there to hook up, or very much a girls/friends night out with no outside interference?

What do you think appeals you to a guy in these situations?

Personally, I hate most clubs, especially fanny's.... They just seem too sleazy and I hate dancing.

It's all a numbers game.

Keep that in mind, you find 6 or 7 chicks you'd go at the thing and you approach them one by one, in order of the two middle chicks, two lowest end chicks then two highest end chicks.

Or mix it up, but make sure you start off with a lower end chick.

It depends were you go.
If you go to a cross club people aren't really looking to pick up.
But if you head to a more suburban regional-based type shift then yes. The Cremorne Hotel swings like a chimp.

I go out to spend time with my friends, and get pissed. If I happen to be attracted to someone there, then great, but if not, it doesn't worry me if I don't hook up, I don't view it as a wasted night.

the type of girls depends on the place, for sure. fannys is definetely known as the pick-up joint, so both guys and girls go there expecting some, i guess. ive only been there once, and not going there again. plus, i saw andrew johns in there and he was so high his whole face metamorphed into this bulldog mash, so much so i didnt even recognise him at first.
i go out in sydney pretty much every night (i got nothing else to do, and i live in the city), and there are certain places i tend to stay away from because i know that its sleazy as hell, and i wont have a good time (in terms of drinking, talking, dancing with friends) because we will always be fending off comeons from the fucktards. and im definetely not the random fuck type of a girl; i like to do the chasing, ache for him a little bit, then have a sense of satisfaction if i get him, knowing that it wasnt just a matter of being available when he was looking for some.

i don't go clubbing, never been, and don't intend to, my bf/fiance doesnt either, he does go to clubs, but not nightclubs, he just goes out with his mates like i do...my friends go clubbing, they just go there to socialise with other friends, dance....i really don't understand it, or the music, it's isn't my scene. As for the pickin up people part..my friends do check out guys when clubbing ( cos tat's all tey talk about when tey com back)..but i havent heard of them approaching anybody yet.

definitely don't bother going out specifically to hook up, just go out with mates and see what happens, thats the best way to do it, its' pointless otherwise, women can smell desperate horny guys from a mile off. and most girls are just after a night out with mates too.

go to a pub, the girls there tend to be more laid back and happy to chat rather than grind up and down ur leg whilst attempting to dance

I don't really think it's a good idea to pick up at clubs, because most people are out to have a good time - likely they'll be dancing or something with their friends.

It's a PARTICULARLY bad idea to try and talk to a girl when she's with her friends. It's even worse to try and 'pick them off one by one', because girls talk. Trust me - the moment she stops talking to you, she'll go back to her friends and tell them all about it. Woe betode if you tried to make a move on one of her friends as well, because then you've just provided "evidence" that you're either a player or a two-timing bastard (both are worth minus brownie points).
