I did this as a practise paper in prep for my schools trial.

At home I did the CSSA 2005 in 80 minutes, getting 91%. Not too hard, but I suppose the pressure kicks in when you're actually doing it.

Dayum...people at your school r so smart if the average is that high!
Man u were going "Oh I'll get 110+ easily"
I think someone was a little overconfident :p
Oh well...u beat me. I would be so happy with that mark!

... we didn't do the CSSA paper. Maybe it was the independent? I have no idea which one we did, but questions 8, 9 and 10 bordered into extension one maths. They were almost all based on trigonometric functions. Even the 4u kids were angry... the lowest marks were like 15%. anyway we received the CSSA paper today to practice with and, compared to our exam, it's not that bad at all :) .

We did a school exam, but i also attempted the CSSA for fun. I got 110/120 for both (i disagree with their marking criteria though). IMO both were pretty much on par with each other, ours were probably a LITTLE harder.

Don't know the average nor my rank.

when your teacher says that the average was 70% do you think thats a good thing or not, i mean like 70% isnt that great of a mark IMO, i always think that my class is really stupid, only because of the lower outliers our average is down lol..
and funnily enough my teacher sed the average for geometry was 75% which is good enough for it lool

wow.. you're from sefton right? if the average is that high at your school, then jr must have an average of 120/120. Man, thats scary! or maybe they don't do 2 unit since most of them do 4u.
