I can almost guarantee that there's no hard and fast rule like that at HSC marking.

yeah, i don't believe bostes cbf implementing such a stupid rule

you're not marked on the quality of the title, but rather, your actual story. yeah sure, a good title might create a positive impression for the marker, but it's BS to think you lose a mark because you didn't include a title in your creative piece
