Well I'm going into a business field with VERY little prior experience (only yr 9 and 10 comm which I fully forgot) so, lol.

What do you mean by "each" AoS?

You only do one AOS, it is on Journeys. We are expected to write at least 5 essays, but it is split up over 3 terms.

Nah typically in prelim they get you to do the equivalent of a past hsc course minus a module
so in my prelim we did aos belonging, mod b gwen harwood, mod a gattaca and enders game

Wow so lucky. You literally have access for all the belonging resources on the internet. For journeys, there's hardly any mainly because it was redundant like 10 years ago

Not every school does the same AoS for prelim. It's only the same for the HSC.

Yeah, I'm aware. It's just that the wording above for some reason gave me the impression that his school studied 1 AOS for the whole year lol

You study 1 AoS per year but not for the entire duration of the year lol

English we started the AOS - Belonging and our prescribed text is Othello... can't wait and our teacher is obsessed with Wordle
We haven't started Bio yet as the first lesson was just recap from Yr 7-10 skills and next lesson we have a pre-test thing
Chem, we are doing Chemical Earth which is really interesting so far
And for Ancient we just finished a case study on non-Christian evidence for Jesus and moving on to Ancient Human Remains then the Colosseum!

My prescribed text is Othello too.
