it was actually the law reform in the vitim impact statement. this allowed the victim to not face their rapist. this reformed section 61JA of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW).

another question, if a girl aged under 16 had sex with an under age boy that is of the same age, who will be charged and what with? also explain why.
