ok next question
what is access?
provide an example?
Access refers to the ability for a person to gain admission into the legal system. A person must have access to the legal system to ensure that they are treated equally. For, example a poor person and a rich person may have differing levels of acces to the legal system because of their socio-economic situations. Similarly, a rich person may receive better legal representation, making them have a greater chance of being let off. However, the intoduction of freedom of legislation acts has attempted to let people have greater access to essential information...

Someone think of a new question, my mind is blank :p

ok then next question is what is a second generation right
the answer to a first generation was a civil and political right e.g. the right to a fair trial

explain these terms:

Nature of Justice
- concepts of access, equity, fairness & equality
access is the law being accessible to people
equality is the idea of the law treating everyone equally before the law this can be seen in the rule of law
fairness are decisions that are good and fair that promote justice
