yeah I will be there tomorrow night and interview is on monday... is that the same as everyone else?

Also moore Stephens Sydney... i had my interview on monday and they said they will contact people by wednesday at the latest.... anybody heard anything yet?

I'm pretty sure i'm going to choose KPMG they gave me the contract first so matter of principle and i enjoyed the working environment and great people there. I rang Moore Stephens yesterday to cancel, hopefully you'll go ok mate, PKF also called me yesterday wanting an interview but i can't be bothered with that either.

As for EY i have a mate thats got an offer i'm 100% sure there done if they haven't called you yet there's not a chance, people who got into first round will be reselected if cadets pull out.

Good luck with Moore Stephens is it your only one? one oppoutnutiy is all you need i suppose.

the first firm to give out contracts is purely out of scheduling, i wouldnt choose the place you'll be at for 3-5 years out of that.


That said, if its between a big 4 and a mid tier then sure go for it.

Though KPMG isn't the best choice because of a few dodgy audits lately, i'd hold out for PwC if you're still in the game.

I Believe if you do tax they like it if you do a law degree. Correct me if i'm wrong.

CONGRATULATIONS! MS is a great firm! but that doesnt mean u shudnt go to other interviews incase some other firm interests u more... up to u tho, if ur sick of interviews then stuff the rest lol.

BTW, Is this MS Sydney or Sydney West?

my questions were pretty standard eg why cadetship/accounting etc

but whether the questions are the same im not sure

its all basically just a conversation. so just know why ure applying...and what u can bring to a firm as a cadet.

ahh kk, did you need to bring anything and did you go in a suit? or school clothes?
