Let's say you got these results (HSC Marks):
English Standard 2/70 - 82 (It's not very common to get Band 5/6 in Standard)
Economics 2/17 - 90
Ancient 3/34 - 86
Business 4/34 - 89
maths 26/36 - 75

Fairly random but that's my estimates of roughly what you would get.
Will get about 88.55, you could have got higher if Maths wasn't so low compared to your other subjects.

Sorry but I need a higher ATAR then 88.55, i need it for my course T.T need 94-95.9 =(...


I may still improve english and ancient although, got 15% for english to go and 20% for ancient internals.

will these ranks possibly in external get me around that atar or close in the end??

Ancient around 2nd ~ 3rd.


T.T im really stressed sorry , bit worried now because my atar will be the 80's its gonna give me less chances to do my favourable courses

For the externals, its your mark that counts. Dont stress too much, the externals are worth 50% and your not too far off your goal at the moment.

thank you haha i think my motivation just went up again.. Im just hoping I could get 90+ in externals.. for every subject hope this can get my atar

Good thing is my marks are so close to the person coming 1st in economics, business studies and english and i would probably just need 5-10% and I could overtake them in the externals ? however i don't see ranks as important in end =DD just need my ATAR and pro cohort and win for me!!

But maths is such an issue.. I'd think I would need like 110/120 or something to get a descent overall mark
