You have to pay to get the proof of age card, but I don't think it's as much as the License fee (since you have to pay for the test as well). As for candy, they'll probably need them on hand for diabetics. Just like the requirement for drinking water (in case of dehydration).

yeah i got one, i can't remember if i had to pay or not...pretty sure i did
kiff cards but, it's got this whole gay pink colour scheme going

i think its a great idea about the upstairs being cordoned off because i my girls and i dont really want to not have alcohol.. and its good to have an area where the 18's and overs can gowithout having to buy alcohol for younsters
