its the new zealand contingency which is helping the doggies :D!!. halligan back in the day, now vagana, talau and utai.

yeah i think the most threatening team for this season r the dogs and the warriors... hmm hopefully the roosters will pull through!

souths have a good line up too.. they should get far.. hahaha i hope they do!

hmm the only thing letting us down a bit this season is the fact that lauititi will be out for the majority of the season. oh well. we got enough youth to back us up i hope.

lol Howie... didn't the Warriors have a heaps OLD team last year?? Did they go and change the whole team or something???

we had two players over 30, cleary and campion. the warriors have one of the youngest squads in the nrl.

i thought ppl like carlaw and seu seu would have been reaching their 30's...... i just remember someone saying the grand final teams from last year were pretty old... maybe they were talkin about the roosters :uhoh: altho fittlers their oldest player and he's only 31

there r pretty young ones around lately. anasta made his debut at 19 and so did ben harris.

there was this dude who played for the west tigers at the world sevens, and he's only turning 18 later this year... so they're getting pretty young now..

17/18 was the debut age for a winger out at the Panthers. He was playing during his hsc year.

That is pretty young. I play C grade but I would never dream of playing 1st grade at our age.

Anyone out there on this thread actually play professionaly.
