Depends. They will only look down on you if you act and talk in a stereotypical westie way. Snobbery is relative - if everyone is rich there's nothing to be snobby about.

and they think they are GAME!!

SIF!!!! Do you even live in Sydney? The eastern suburbs are 'richest' in sydney even compared to Mosman, Cremorne etc etc.
Anyways, majority of people on the North Shore are down to earth people who don't behave in a pompous manner (though many are conservative and may think very little of you if you flaunt your arse whilst they hang out of too-small ill-fitting jeans). It's also common to laugh at Westies and Bogans...
