maybe u should of sent it with some of those photo's, i'm guessing it doesn't have that same effect (in an obvious way) in real life?
Cuz like.... the whole thing where it shows each side as like... separate but there's still just one object in the thing...
Like to me that's a great idea and really good art,
reassures me again that after all the 'free expression' talks ur art teachers give you... for your bow all they're after is their own view of what 'art' is..

o nice timrie6!
i remember seeing ur work now.
coz i kept seeing u on threads and was wondering which one is ur work.

how did u do that???
sclptures are pretty hard stuff...and for u to do that stuff......is excellent!

and for us photoshop ppl are jus lazy!! ahah
jokes.

u should be proud of ur work.
if it doesnt get into artexpress....it doesnt matter.
artexpress isnt always the dead end of a road (if that makes sense)

if u think of it this way, imagine the ppl hu did get selected and ending up not gettin it anyway, now dats a bit more harsh dont u think? gettin hyped up and then findin out u didnt make the final shot...dats y i'm not gettin my hopes up...

so dont worry timrie6

I think the argument that digital art isn't really art... is in some cases fair...
However i believe if a digital artist has basically applied the same sort of practices as an analog artist, why isn't it art?
I know of people that can duplicate other peoples paintings almost perfectly.... and if that's really the issue than i'd delete all my printable files making my works one of a kinds...

I think the main thing timries worrying about at this point is her mark... I imagine if it didn't get an art express mark it DEFINATELY got close to it.... if u don't get a decent band 5 i'll cut off my wrist.

hey timrie!
there was so many EXCELLENT...ppl in my class who had MAD STUFF MAN!! and what my teacher said was, just because their stuff came back, it didn't mean that they didnt get a good mark. so dnt worry, lik npt-that-bright said, you wood get a good mark. so yeah...
jus think of it that way, think positive thoughts!

Well i'm going to post it here just to make you an honourary member of the nominees club. And so everyone can procrastinate, and be fuelled to rebel against the board, and also so people can be haunted.

I agree SmiLeyZ...You definitely would have got a high mark timirie6...I mean, in terms of artist's practice your work is so professional...It reminds me of Janet Laurence's work man, and shes one of my fave artists...
