One of the amendments is a change in the definition of small business from 15 to 20 employees. The bill will go back to the House this morning to vote on the senate amendments.

Go read your bible Iron, you do not judge, certainly not the validity of a claim to be a follower of god. 85% of people who nominate as catholic on the census don't go to church (iirc the show correctly). Kids leaving catholic schools pretty much all say farewell to the church forever.

Gillard's announced that they'll be blocking it in the House, cos they "made a promise to the Australian public". What a tard.

He will not lose a DD, however if he forces the electorate back the polls too early might cost him an increased majority.

Loathe to take anything Swan says very seriously, but is there not a little difficulty in turning round after a senior cabinet minister unequivocally ruled out an early election on national tv? Besides rejected legislation can be good for the government, they don't have to take responsibility for the laws if they go pear shaped but get to appear caring and serious about the issues.
