they're pretty rare, about only 70 students in the state got one.
that said, i think there are one or two (or more) bosers who got one

nup, but they'll come around to the thread eventually i think
or you could trawl the pages of the 'share your hsc results here' and pm them.

make sure to turn off avatars and sigs before you do it, otherwise it'd take a long time

English (Std): 96/100 First in the State :)
Mathematics: 98/100
Maths Ext 1: 47/50
Earth&Enviro: 94/100
Chemistry: 94/100
Senior Science: 95/100

UAI: 99.25

This is from the member called anonimis.

In addition to that,

Pxxxx Yxxx (from my school):
English (Std): 88/100 (2004)
Mathematics: 99/100 Equal First in the State in 2003
Mathematics Extension 1: 49/50 (2003)
Mathematics Extension 2: very high Band 6 (2004)
Physics: 98/100 First in the state in 2004
Chemistry: Very high Band 6 (2004)
Spanish Beginners: Band 6 (2004)

UAI: 99.90

May be little irrelevant but still shows how well you can do.

wow at P**** Y***
that's a lot of pwnage
but when you consider he's a lot ahead of others. not a large suprise. if he had gotten ~94 in advanced i'd say he'd get 100 or very close to it

The gap between 100 UAI and 99.90 UAI is about 5 scaled points. If he received Band 6 at that time (90-91), that would have made a significant difference as top scaled mark from Standard was roughly about 46.x-47.x/50 when 88 got him about 42.x - 43.x/50

That's 8 scaled mark difference roughly. That just shows how one subject can potentially ruin the perfect list of pwnages in other subjects, hence the UAI (even though it didn't really "ruin" his UAI, he was commenting on how he really wanted to get 99.95...)

No I assure you the gap from 100 to .90 a lot more than 5 scaled points. 5 scaled points is more like the drop to .95

Or so my calcs and data i got from my friends tell me

I did standard, i got 83.

Namu, when did you drop to std?
I sort of oscillated between advanced and standard.
I officially stayed there from term 2?

I guess I was looking over the 2007 Einstein. It suggests that 478 is about 99.90 and 100 UAI is about 483...

I am not too sure as scaling report doesn't concretely indicate that part.

Yeah, i collected a load of random data from my friends.
From what I have, the cutoff for 100 is 483.5 (from UAC Table A8), 99.95 is about 478 and 99.90 is about 474.
But that's from my own estimates of scaling etcetera.

That's actually quite interesting data.

I was putting in pwnage101's results and it was about 478-9 scaled mark from 2007 Einstein. But those calculators are never accurate.

But the "cut-off" varies every year.
