if your dead set on b com, with the business law component i'd say its either unsw/usyd really.
and even if you didnt want to do that sub then i'd still say unsw/usyd, i dont think you could compare it with uts really. cant remember if you said you wanted to do finance.. but go for unsw if you do
i always hear that "apparently, com is really good at macq" though.. wonder why..
