So i plan on using a number of case studies which our teacher gave us (leading edge updates), but my question is are we supposed to have an example under every single dot point.
For example in the key influences in Human resources, i've only gotten an example on Nestle in legal influences. But thats it, am i supposed to do my own research to cover ALL the other areas for stakeholders, economic , technological, social & ethics ?

Yes. It is good to have a case study applicable to each syllabus dot point, because you may need it in Section IV in the exam.
If you cant be bothered researching for information, get the Qantas case study booklet

In the learn to section, it says where you need to use the case study. Judging by past papers for section IV they give the option of one learn about question and one learn to question.

my business studies teacher is a hsc marker. he has taught us to make sure you know what terms mean and strategies and stuff but for case studies if you don't know a case study, then MAKE IT UP! case studies do not have to be true. You can say that Qantas or Westpac or Bob's bakery did blah blah blah to ensure blah blah blah. Whether it's true or not it doesn't matter, you are showing that you know strategies to combat issues. Markers are not going to read your paper and go 'I don't know if that's true, I'll have to look it up'.

It would be good to have a case study related to every syllabus point (I like to use Qantas, Coca Cola Amatil or Billabong), but only integrate the case study or use it when necessary. Teacher's will get annoyed if you're using a case study example every point, only if the question requires or if you feel that it would support your argument more sufficiently.

Yes, you can. According to my Business teacher during my HSC, they would mark anything that relates to the Criteria and that sounds logical.

As long as it doesn't sound too 'made up', you should be fine.
