You decide for yourself. I refuse to comment. She's quite charming when you meet her, but I don't know how charming you could consider gutting the students' favourite day of the year, for no apparent reason.

She is leaving though at the end of the year, and we're getting a new Vice-Chancellor. Though he was nominated for a "Britain's worst boss" award and subject to two vote-of-no-confidences, I remain optimistic.
