Anything cliche.
Same, haha
I don't think we had any real restrictions, just not explicit stuff and such

I guess most people write about school, teenagers and angst because they can relate to it. My english teacher said to talk about a person and you aren't allowed to have an inanimate object as the subject in the story (someone wanted to write about a fridge) BUT you could compare someone with the object... I'm pretty sure the person still wrote a story about the fridge in class...

Hi guys,

what topics do you recommend we write about instead of the cliched ones?

Damn that sucks for my friend. Does it count if it seems like a person throughout the entire story and you find out it's an object in the end?

Non-cliched ones.

I'm not sure if it's not allowed at your school, my teacher wanted us to write about a person and their feelings, she started looking kinda manic when the class started to suggest possible storylines that would relate to belonging using a fridge and in the end she yelled at us not to use a fridge or any other inanimate object. :|

I think that that story sounds pretty cool and it'll be fine :p

Or a cliche plot, with an interesting perspective or narrator.
