How did you guys go? that was harder than past papers!!! hopefully I get 80%+ but seriously, I was aiming for 95+. that test was difficult!!!

Wasn't that bad. I was a little caught off guard by question 6 or 7, I don't quite remember. The question asked us to find the volume of water flowing through the pipe in 10 minutes. If anyone feels like posting their results it would be appreciated.

made a stupid mistake in the chem test regarding this, not in this one
i think i got 26.3 kL though, anyone else got that?

It was absolute value so | x-a | < or equal to b
The rule is that -b < |x-a| < b
so if b = 3 and a = 9
its -3 < x-9 < 3 -- (now plus 9)
6 <(or equal) x <(or equal) 12 (from the line given u can see that)

Now iono if thats right... but q10 of the paper i didn't even bother with probability. x_x

Substitute & solve. The > & < are supposed to be greater/less than or equal to.

does anyone know how to do that question? i was trying to solve it simultaneously but then id just end up with 6=12
lol failed that shit, just loads of different working, so maybe somewhere theres a mark

the answer I got was 26.3 L then changed it to kL so .0263 kL but I guess that's wrong then cos m^3 = 1000L

i said 1m^3= 1L for the chem trial.
for the CO q. i ended up wtih 350 000 ppm. didn't realise until i got home that its completely stupid.
