Strict, about 82.5kg.

I locked out 105kg overhead last week, but I don't even know what to call it. I guess it was a push jerk with a pressout.

I've been working on form and have ramped up 60 with plenty of room to go. I'm on your tail bitch.

all strength/weight exercises require a straight back
except for retards who bench with an arched back so you can drive a car through it

They all require a straight back? Wow, you should let all of the strongest people in the world know that they're doing it wrong!

Rounded back good mornings and strongman exercises are the exceptions, but for most novices that's a good rule to stick to :)

Overhead pressing starts with the entire back in extension. Benching should be done with an arched back. At points in the squat and deadlift, your t-spine should be in extension (not neutral).
