I very much doubt that everyone in this thread drinks 4-5L a day. Doing this (and not having enough salt) can kill you.

Why is it a bragging point to say "omg I drank a billion litres of water today, I'm so healthy"? We're not camels, and we gain most of our required water from our food. When physicians say the maximum needed liquid amount is around 2L daily, they mean it.

i drink a minimum of 3L on average i reackon I take a 1.5L drink bottle to school and fill it up once in the morning before school and once during school then have multiply glasses a day (BTW i don't have diabetes or anything like that been checked out nothing wrong with, i just get thirsty easy)

i love drinking a jug of ice cold water on really hot days with lemon- really refreshing

but on a normal day
try to have about 2L, but generally including 1-2 cups of green tea, etc

i drink about 3-4 1.25L water bottles a day.

on a side note,
you actually get about 40% or so of your water intake via food.

I have to drink a lot due to meds which make me thirsty and my throat dry. I always prefer water to soft drinks.

I dunno, I know someone who won't drink straight water. He only drinks coke or coffee. Eww.

I drink about 1L a day. Sometimes more. If I'm nervous about something I'll drink way more... don't know why, really.

I actually probably drink less i can not drink lots of water easily so flavoured water ftw

i love drinking water with lemon and ice when im studying... it helps keep me refreshed and focused :)

at least 2 and a half litres a day otherwise i feel dead. plus guys who dont drink enough water have awful tasting cum
