Not going to have drug ridden addicts taking hospital beds. If its legal I don't care what sort of tax go on drugs. No entry to hospitals. Does that sound good?
because we don't already have drug ridden (riddled?) addicts taking hospital beds

Most prevalent diseases in the Western world are 'lifestyle' diseases, why should drug addicts be excluded from hospitals and not other people whose lifestyles contributed to poor health?

Is it just drug addicts that will be excluded from hospitals, or any drug user? What if a drug addict has non-drug related health problems, will they still be refused treatment?
